I tried to ping link-local address but false!
I think the problem is window XP do not support full ipv6!
I replace the PC with a Router, it's ok!

The debugs on the router look ok. The router received RS from your PC
and replied with RA. Also ipv6 neighbor shown the correct neighbor.
You should at least be able to ping the remote link-local addr.
You may want to uninstall/reinstall IPv6 on the PC.
