Ha,

do a "sh run int fa0/0" , "sh ipv6 int fa0/0", "sh ipv6 neig", and mail
me the output.

Also before enabling your winXP do a "debug ipv6 nd" on the router.
You should see RS coming in from the PC and you should see the router
replies with RA.

I work with IPv6 often, so let me know if you need helps.
