Can you be more specific. For example if you are in muticontext mode there
is a limitation of 9700 ACEs per memory pool. Note there are 12 pools by
default.
If you have more than 9700 ACEs and you are in multi context mode then you
will have to use resourse acl-partitoin command and allocate command.

Ignore my message if you are in single mode.
