I think Leigh sent this awhile back, here it is again.
VLC

It even has a wizard to walk you through setting up an mcast source. It
works really well with ubuntu linux, with the right sources in your apt-get
distribution lists it's very easy to install. So if you were using ubuntu
you would just do an "apt-get install vlc" and you should be off and
running.
