Thanks for your help. I managed to configure that and it works fine.

During this another thing came to my mind.

Suppose this, if the delay of my primary link goes above the threshold the static route will be "deactivated" but what if my second link goes down, and on the primary the delay is still above the threshold but of course i want still want to use the primary(better with delay then none), do you think there is any workaround here so this can happen dynamically.

I will try it on my lab later to see if i can do something
