Using only DLCI's specified in the diagram, configure the Frame Relay link
between R1,R3 and R5. So that if the DLCIs between them change to inactive
or deleted status the interfaces used for this frame relay link are brought
down.

The answer for each router is:

Interface s0/0

            No ip address

            Enc frame-relay

Interface s0/0.135 multipoint

            Ip address 190.1.0.X 255.255.255.0

            Frame-relay map ip 190.1.0.3 103 broadcast

            Frame-relay map ip 190.1.0.5 105 broadcast

My questions are:

Why we have to use frame-relay map instead frame-relay interface-dlci
command?

Also I believe the answer did not fulfill the question due if one of the
dlci is on inactive status, the interface status is still up.
