Hi cagri ,
This depends on from which box that you are trying to ping the
destination. If you try to ping the destination router from the router
that you apply the reflexive access-list it will fail. Because the
router itself will not be reflected. Try to ping from another router
and see the result :) If you insist on trying to ping the destination
from the router that you apply the acl , try ip local policy route-map
(route-map) command.
