Hi.
I think with these commands you make sure traffic for VLAN 8 is
forwarded across fa0/13 interface, so if the interface goes down, no
connectivity for VLAN 8 will occur any more across the trunk.
With VTP pruning enabled, no broadcast, multicast and unknown unicast
packets are sent across the trunk for particular VLAN if there are no
active ports for this VLAN on the remote end. One can tweak it via
prune-eligible VLAN list.
