Actually,

The title says "CCIE Recertification Question of the
Week"

So...

It is fair game for those who have already passed
their written.

Now...

For those of us who just like to be able to answer
trivial pursuit questions this might be considered one
reason this list is here...

Even CCIE Lab passers have to recertify once in a
while...

So quite a valid topic.
