Daniel, the sup 720 doesn't support Xmodem:

However, in that same link it does tell you how to perform the recovery
procedure using a CF card.

yes... RMA to cisco... you'll get it back sooner than getting the 60megs
image on there.

But should just be copy xmodem: bootflash:

or just xmodem:

Then after it is waiting... just send the file...
if you're using hyperterminal...

go to transfer at the top --> send file

browse to the file...

select xmodem in the drop down box... and click send or ok... something like
that.
