Does anyone know when using MPLS-TE FRR if the tunnel head end and the point
of local repair can reside on the same device? I have a situation where I am
trying to protect a tunnel from an link failure but the tunnel head end and
link bot reside on the same device, and although FRR says it is protecting the
tunnel. I get a re-route path verification failed, yet the FRR tunnel is
pre-existing via a path that avoids the protected link.
