You can go through this link, this will give you a fair idea how SOO based
loop prevention works.

This is adapted for Eigrp.

If you want to have a simpler feel of the feature, then assume it to be a
redistribution task, and conisder MPLS cloud as one domain and your CE sites
as another domain. And think of SOO as TAGS which you apply to filter routes
in your redistribution.
