Why dont you look into the CCVP training? The courses they have for CCVP
are a great way to get your feet wet very quickly. Although a couple of
good Cisco press books wouldnt be a bad place to start either. Get a 2600XM
router, setup call manager and unity, grab a couple of 79xx IP phones, and
start playing. It's a great way to learn.
