Remember that the "neighbor " statement in router configuration mode
allows the packets generated from the router to have a TTL of 2. That
way, a packet can be sent from a spoke to the hub, the hub can then
process the packet and re-write the header with the appropriate values
and send the update to the other spoke router. That way, you are
relying on layer-3 to forward rather than layer-2.
