IOS as DDNS Server

Does anyone know whether IOS can be act as a DDNS server? I would be
appriciate if you can point me some working sample configuration.

I conldn't find a way to bind the dhcp pool update with the ddns update
method? Perhaps a sample is the best for me to understand.

Do you think DDNS (part of IP Addressing) is in the R&S syllabus?
