Bill,
The MFTs, HDVs, and DSPs (aka PVDMs) are sold seperately - however
sometimes HDVs come with PVDMs. We just purchase TrinetNT's assets (used to
be Hello Computers), and they used 3640s in their voice labs with lots of
HDVs, PVDMs, MFTs, etc...so I do happen to have a few extra! :)
Cost wise, as long as you skip the VG248 and 6500, it's a very reasonable
setup that will cost you less than $10k - especially if you already have
some 3640s.
