which IOS version on 2610xm and 3640 routers for security

I am in the process of upgrading the ios on my 2610xm
and 3640 routers for the Security lab. Can anyone
suggest exactly which code I should run on each model
respectively? (12.2T Enterprise/IPSec/FW/IDS, but
which one?)
