Truly enough, Security and Voice are not that entirely popular as R&S :)

However, when I passed my R/S I had no doubts, and chose security as next
goal. Mainly because it's still more R/S biased than Voice :) That would
change,
however, with new Security Blueprint, since it's mainly focused around
Cisco's security appliances.

I may only recommend to make decision based on your own preference and
experience. Personally I had worked more with Security solutions than with
Voice. Also, it's a common opinion that Voice is more hard to achieve ;)
Just compare number of Voice and Security CCIEs :) That's just an opinion,
though :)
