ip alias?

r6(config)#ip alias 141.4.0.22 23
Invalid IP address

I get this error but the solution guide uses it as is. Am I doing something
wrong that I can not see?

Task indicates that sysadmin entered a wrong DNS IP for the router on the
DNS server.
So, users should still use the DNS entry IP or name to reach to this router.
We need to solve the problem without applying this IP to any interface on
the router. No NAT allowed either.

I even tried to put this IP on the loopback interface to test if it takes
it, but I get the same error.
