Just want to comment that the "default" when u just enable rip (without
specifying any version) is Version 1, with " send version 1, receive any
version"

But when u explicitly specify Version 1 under "router rip", it will be "send
version 1, receive version 1" And, as u mentioned, Version 2 is "version 2,
receive version 2"
