Yes you will not be able to ping the virtual-template's IP address by default from the local router.

Router(config-if)#frame-relay interface-dlci 222 ppp Virtual-Template 1 I could not achieve ping the local ip-address. May be it is correct situation, so I must not ping local ip-address in PPPoFR when I used Virtual-Template ?
