Yes... I agree with Brian. I work with one of the proctors. He stated that
when they are regrading the exam, they are actually reading the Lab manual
that you had during your exam, instead of just reading an answer key, typing
a show command, and looking at the correct output noted on the answer key.
I was very happy to hear this, because when you ask a proctor over and over
on a question, and make sure they are interpreting the question the same way
you are, then you get it wrong because of a computer. With a regrade, you
get a human to think about the question again, hopefully the same way the
proctor and you did to begin with.
