When I did my regrade for the SP exam, it took about 3 weeks as I recall.
As for the refund part, from what I've heard others talk about (I didn't
have the problem), when they found out they passed with the regrade, the did
receive a refund on the testing fee.
I'm sure, though, that would be more appropriate to e-mail ccie@cisco.com
about that! That way you're sure to get a REAL answer!

2. I just scheduled a new lab for Oct 25th... and payment is due tomorrow.
So, if I pay for it... and then my re-grade comes back... and says I
passed... What are my options?
Can I... get a refund for the lab date that I don't need to go to
anymore?... you know... like a present?
Can I... have my friend pay me for the Lab date... and then you can schedule
him for it?
Any advice?
