VPN between 3002 Concentrator and Router

Where router's Ethernet is getting IP via DHCP.

I am getting a message on the VN concentrator as below:

Group [VPNC_Base_Group]
Xauth required but selected Proposal does not support xauth,
Check priorities of ike xauth proposals in ike proposal list

My policy is already "preshare" without xauth.

To make is simpler to troubleshoot ( I may have broken something here),
I removed all the SA's and IKEs and created a new IKE policy that have
no XAUTH in it and also a new SA tha tmatches the far end (router).

Any one has any ideas what may be going on ??
