Blame me in NDA breaking, but I ran into similar situation with my lab.

I asked the proctor: "Do I need to provide transit BGP connectivity via
BGP->IGP
redistribution?". (I didn't draw real arrow in the air, actually)

"No you don't. You only need to do that if your task _specifically_ asks you
to provide
transit connectivity... Just do what you are asked to do"

Anyway, ask your proctor. Maybe they get a different opinion nowdays ;)
