No, Call Manager can`t ping their default gateway.
Yes, CCM servers are
plugged into Cat500.
Port FE0/0 is connected with Cat500.

Hope to have some
advice.

Thanks

Re: voice lab setup basic question [bcc][faked-from]

Can the Call Managers
ping their default gateway? Are the CCM servers
plugged into the cat500?
What port(s) on the 2811 is plugged into the
cat500?

thanks,

Subject: voice lab setup basic question [bcc][faked-from]

Hi
There,

Below is my scenario which I am trying to simulate in the lab:-
2811
----------- Catalyst 500 ----------- IP Phones
|
                     Call
Manager (Py & Sy)

Call Manager and IP Phones are
not able to communicate with
each other though I can see all the IP
address/TFTP related info in Phone
setup which is perfect. I can also ping
IP
phones from 2811/laptop but not
Call Managers.

Below is the configuration
for 2800 :-
