Q. QoS on switches and Voice

Hi all,
I have some confusion on how QoS on cat3550 works in respect of voice/IP phone configuration.

Assume the phone sends voice traffic with COS 5, the attached PC send data with COS X (either we have extended trust or IP Phone is setting the PC's CoS to X). The questions I have are the following:

Scenario 1) mls qos globally disabled.
 ---------------------------------------
Will the SW forward both types of traffic (data and voice), without changing the CoS settings?

Scenario 2) mls qos globally enabled
 --------------------------------------
 a) assume the switch interface is not trusted. Will the switch reset both Phone and PC traffic CoS to 0?
 b) assume "mls qos trust cos" is now configured on the interface. Will the switch forward both types of traffic (data and voice), without changing the CoS settings?
 c) what is the difference between "mls qos trust cos" and "mls qos trust device cisco-phone"? In which "voice" scenario I'd use one of the other

 Sabrina
