hi guys:
I've found that layer 3 switch didn't return icmp redirect for every
possible destination. In my lab some pcs were receiving icmp redirect
for a given destination, others don't.From the switch debug I saw switch
sending redirect once or twice per second.Therefore some pcs learn optimal
route while others don't.Is this a normal behavior(prevent DOS attack)?
Can it be overridden?Thanks for help.
