IP AUDIT

Group,

From this link on the DOC CD: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122newft/122limit/122y/122yu11/ft_fwids.htm#1027195

I see this is the configuration for "IDS on a router":
ip audit name EXAMPLE attack action alarm drop reset
ip audit name EXAMPLE info action alarm
ip cef
interface Serial0
ip address 191.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
ip audit EXAMPLE in
ip route-cache cef
no shutdown

I know sometimes the DOC is not 100% accurate and I don't have the background to verify this is correct. Can this be considered a correct, true, and total configuration for router IDS?
