mcast group filter range inverse mask same all the time ?

for any mcast range filtering the acl will always be
the same right ?

range 224.0.0.0 thru 231.255.255.255
 acl will be
permit 224.0.0.0 7.255.255.255

range 232 thru 239
acl will be 232.0.0.0 7.255.255.255 (232-239)

permit 224 thru 239
acl will be 224.0.0.0 15.255.255.255 (same as permit
any)
