Normal-burst (in Class-Based Policing)
Theory specifies the normal burst size in bytes ranging from 1000 to 512,000,000:

Bc(in bytes)=CIR(in bps)*(1(bytes)/(8bits)* 1,5 sec

Is the average round-trip time always 1,5sec?
