Can u please not delete the thread of emails when u reply? It makes it
hard to go through the emails and have to look around to what you are
replying to. TIA

I just Simulate your Scenario and i was able to ping the Group, though i
have PIM nbma-mode configured on the frame relay interfaces.

try that out.
making the Hub the mapping agent and the lo0 interface pim sparse mode
will be ok. if any issues paste your configs please .
