a.. 1 Server w/ Unity 4.0(5)
a.. 1 Cisco 2811 for PSTN/WAN cloud
a.. 1 NM-CUE (Cisco Unity Express Network Module)
Just dont forget the PVMD2's in the 2811 routers. :)
