I think the task was asking traffic direction control for odd and even
numbered network blocks. I think the even numbers come from R6 into OSPF.
But those routes needs to be learned by RIP on R5 to be propogated to the
R4. We needed to take those tagged OSPF routes which is coming from R6 and
originated in BGP to reach R4. The other direction is not needed because the
traffic with even numbers should go to R6 to leave the AS. This is what I
understood from the task and the solution, I thought it was working
correctly.

rip on R5 with tag 6 but not in the other direction.
