No-export will also allow the route to go to ebgp peers that happen to
belong to your confederation.
Local-as will NOT go to confederation peers either.

Subject: Difference between these two BGP community attribute, ?

Hi

Anyone can explain to me the difference between these two BGP community
attribute,

"set community local-AS" and set community no-export

I tested this attribute, looks both of them does the same function. It just
stops the route exit the IBGP domain

Regards.
Pandi
