Back in days Scott Morris posted a link to DocCD, located within section:

"Command Reference/IOS Bridging & IBM Networking"

It has Appendix with Ethertype codes:

Check it out, it has the most common ethertypes. As for LSAPs, I didn't find
a good
reference on DocCD :)
