RE: Matching on url or mime

URL is when you know the exact filenames or part of a URL string (like a
site). MIME type is simpler for a type of file when you don't know or don't
want to know all of the possible filename extensions to use.

As an example, JPEG images commonly use .jpg, .jpe, .jpeg as their filename
extensions. Or you can just match mime type image/jpeg and catch 'em all!

Subject: Matching on url or mime

I never can get this straight...at what time would you match nbar using mime
vs. matching on url? I've seen examples that seem to contradict each other,
anyone have some kind of explanation?
