AFAIK, it would depend on what the lab is asking for. My assumption is
that if cef is ruled out, then can't use nbar, so have to match via udp
ports. If no mention of cef, then should be able to just match on proto
rtp using nbar.

  When answering questions such as match voip traffic to do x, y or z,
what is the preferred way of doing it in relation to MQC. Is it via
match protocol rtp or matching the various udp/tcp ports via an
access-list?
   
  Or does it really not matter?
