Hmmm lets see, just talking about the Normal Burst Parameter in the CAR
config. (w/out BE = Bc + Bc)

If I clearly understand your question you could be referring to 2 Values
8 bytes or 8 Kbytes

Now for the second one is very easy 8000 everywhere /
Now for the first one I would ask you if the MTU is allowed to be changed?
