What is the best way to bring an virtual-access interface in to the ospf
routing process.
I tried bring it in with the network command without luck. It did not show
up in show ip ospf interface, and did
not show up in the ospf database,.,
Then I tried to bring it in doing redistribution. This took the net in to
the ospf database as an /24 net, the net is several /30 nets.
But it stil don't show up in the show ip ospf interface command..
How would I do this in a good way..
core#SH IP ROUTE 213.162.245.0
Routing entry for 213.162.245.0/24, 2 known subnets
Attached (1 connections)
Variably subnetted with 2 masks
U 213.162.245.0/30 [1/0] via 213.162.245.1
C 213.162.245.1/32 is directly connected, Virtual-Access11
The U route is because this range is sent to cpe via radius..
Type-5 AS External Link States
Link ID ADV Router Age Seq# Checksum Tag
0.0.0.0 213.162.236.1 654 0x80000398 0x00E8C8 1
213.162.244.8 213.162.236.1 655 0x8000000D 0x00516A 0
213.162.245.0 213.162.236.1 445 0x80000001 0x00AE20 0
213.225.71.16 213.162.235.18 847 0x800005EE 0x0006FD 0
On another router :
nhus-gw#sh ip route ospf
213.162.245.0/30 is subnetted, 1 subnets
O E2 213.162.245.0 [120/20] via 213.162.235.17, 00:07:44, Ethernet3/0
How do I get this interface show up in the ospf process (interface
virtual-access)
Jens
