3550 issue

I have an issue that I hope someone else may have a solution too. In an
attempt to clean up the flash on my 3550 I deleted the flash. I typed "del
flash:" and in an attempt to copy a file name I hit return. It now boots to
BOOT:

I try to xmodem but it always fails with I/O errors. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
