I just took the security lab in san jose and the vpn concentrator
Crashed 4 times while I tried to assign an ip to interface.
After the proctor fumbled around with it for awhile, he went over and
physically reset the device. This appeared to resolve the problem. I did
not get any of this time back. Not sure how that would have been handled
remotely.
