I think you might need something in the fashion of NAT and not really
dynamic access list. Though more information will be needed from you. eg how
are the 2 people accessing the remote location now? Are they using public or
private IP addresses? Are their IP addresses going through a NAT process
somewhere? Are their IP addresses been allowed by an access list? Are they
going through a firewall that might be permitting only specific ip
addresses? Are you using VPN to access the remote location? if yes what is
your interesting traffic like?
You see that there are many variables, so be as specific as possible.
