Anywhoo, an IDS 4210 works great for a home lab (but it wont do inline
mode). Of course there are quite a few folks out there who have built
"franken sensors" (home brewed IDS boxes running on a 3rd party pc)
For the vpn concentrator, I suggest a 3005 (same one as in the lab).
