Guys, somehow I could not find good documents to read on this. Is it necessary
to map L2 to L3 this way? One for Local Addr and one for Global Addr? And
Global Addr mapping has the broadcast but not the Local Addr.
frame-relay map ipv6 FE80::20E:83FF:FEB6:4D20 201
frame-relay map ipv6 2001:141:4:12::1 201 broadcast
this is from IE labs.
If you need to take a look at the finished config:
interface Serial0/0
ip address 141.4.123.2 255.255.255.0
ip pim nbma-mode
ip pim sparse-mode
encapsulation frame-relay IETF
ipv6 address 2001:141:4:12::2/64
ipv6 ospf network point-to-point
ipv6 ospf 1 area 1
frame-relay map ip 141.4.123.1 201 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 141.4.123.3 203 broadcast
frame-relay map ipv6 FE80::20E:83FF:FEB6:4D20 201
frame-relay map ipv6 2001:141:4:12::1 201 broadcast
no frame-relay inverse-arp
frame-relay lmi-type cisco
