Hi. Has anyone had any trouble getting their recertification results
into Cisco? I recertified by passing the R&S Written 10 days ago and
now today, on my recertification date, it shows as suspended. Emails to
ccie@cisco.com seem to get shunted to this other online question system
where after a while they are sent off somewhere else. I think it is a
case of getting two ID's created by the testing centre but don't know
how to resolve this with Cisco. Does anyone have a better method of
contacting them, other than emailing ccie@cisco.com (as their web page
says to)?
