Dear Hussein

ipsec-manual means that manually established SAs will be used ( u have
to define spi etc. ureself) and the SA never times out

on the other hand, ipsec-isakmp means IKE is going to be used for
Phase 1 negotiation
(exchange of keys, security transforms etc)

ipsec-manual is rarely used in production environments....
