Actually yes. I would have to say in my situation, 160 x $5000 list price
is more than a few $'s between the WS-X6148A-GE-45AF and the
WS-X6548-GE-45AF actually just a little under $1million savings :)

The WS-X6148A-GE-45AF aren't that old and I wouldn't think they would be
EOL'd anytime soon.

Thanks for the insight on the NW Prezo .. I'll check that out.
