Was the plaque really worth the wait?
I heard that the new plaque design is not that too good in comparison to the
old one. In the Cisco.com CCIE forum, some posters even use the word
'horrible' to describe the new plaque.
There is a guy in Cisco.com's CCIE forum that claim, he designs the original
medal plaque with your choiced CCIE flavor engraved on it, but it will have
to cost you some $$$.
The current Gray & black reflective plaque is a wash.
