If you cannot get hold of 3CDaemon then you should be able upgrade using
FTP. Run following commands for ftp upload
router(config)#no ip ftp passive
router(config)#ip ftp username anonymous
Then use the following copy command
router#copy ftp:<name of image to copy> disk0:
